Payments Analyst (Refunds)

you will be responsible correctly and timely execute the Refunds requested by our Merchants at the Latam level (7 countries) following the protocols established in each country.What you will do

Execute the refund process to businesses through the networks, within the defined SLAs.Execute and provide support to the team regarding the application of reversals and ticket management requested by our merchants and internal client.

Strengthen relationships with payment methods / acquirers.Monitoring indicators and incorporating strategies to meet the team's Kpis, which involves team management and strategic assignment of tasks.

What you will need to succeed

2 years of experience in financial institutions (Banks) and customer service.Preferably if you have experience in payment platforms, electronic payments, Fintech.

Professional of business administration, accounting, and related careers.Advanced-intermediate ExcelAbout us
